The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (VIWMA) announces the updated weekly St. Thomas solid waste collection schedule, which will go into effect on Monday, Feb. 26, as follows:

Department of Finance Monday through Friday/ Tuesday through Friday
Inspector General Office Monday through Friday/ Tuesday through Friday
Government Offices in Sub Base (Public Works, School Lunch Program, Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Property and Procurement)
Monday through Friday/ Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Lindberg Bay House-to-House Daily/ Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
Kirwan Terrace Housing Community Daily/ Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
V.I. Port Authority Homes (Lindberg) Daily/ Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
V.I. Police Department (Special OPS) Daily/ Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
Smith Bay (Only public carts on the road, East of Petrus Gas Station) Once Daily/ Twice Daily (a.m. and p.m.)
