She is survived by her children: Dennis A. Powell, Veronica A. Powell, Christopher Powell Sr., Jessica J. Parson-Servais, Wendell O. Powell, Jacquelyn Parson Browne, Sonia Philbert-Innocent and Celia P. Walters Phillippe; brothers: Frank Powell Jr., Frankie Powell, David L. Brathwaite, Edwin Brathwaite, Moses E. Brathwaite and Wilmoth King; sisters: Mary E. Powell, Iris Challenger and Ismay January; Many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren too numerous to mention. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the first viewing from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 22, at Celestial Chapel of the Dan Hurley Home. A second viewing will be held at 9:30 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Feb. 23, at Cruz Bay Seventh-day Church. Interment will be at Cruz Bay Cemetery.
