Dorsett Celestina Martin Dies at 87

Dorsett Celestina Martin

Dorsett Celestina Martin of Estate Two Brothers died on Jan. 24. She was 87 years old.

She is survived by her husband, Hophni Martin; daughters: Dorsett Elvena Bailey and Monica Martin Blyden; sons: Leon Williams, D’Olivera Williams and Monroy Martin; and grandchildren: Leon Uriah Bailey, Naykiela Blyden, Akiela Stephens, Jenella Williams, Lishati Shumba Bailey, Leeah Williams, Leon Williams Jr., Ashley Williams, Jahmal Williams and Jahkwani Williams.

She is also survived by great-grandchildren: Janiya Williams, Joshwa Bailey, Najji Bailey, Negus Bailey, Amekqua Phillip, Aylin Jenkins, Breanan Olivacce, Rhylei Thomas, Abeyon Stephens, Abekhai Stephens, Crystalyah Stephens, Cristallia Stephens, Nyomi Stephens, Christopher Stephens Jr., Averey Ford and Arya Williams.

Other survivors include daughters-in-law: Jennifer Williams and Soneyda Williams; son-in-law; Eustace Bailey; special friends: Jacki Maynard, Kathleen Rene-Grant, Jackie Williams, Lewis Anthony, Gertrude Verdant, Julia Gregoire, Genevieve Andrews, Simeon and Margret Southwell, Joseph Weeks, Leroy Davis, Zephaniah Aaron and Gilbert Lewis; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

The viewing will begin at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m., Sunday, Feb. 11, at Bethel Seventh-day Adventist Church. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
