The 20th Annual Lancaster Archery Classic is the largest indoor archery tournament on the East Coast. Over 2,800 archers from 28 countries competed in 17 different divisions. There are more than 400 archers on the floor at one time. The rounds last around four hours, with each competitor shooting 60 arrows in that time.
Over $50,000 is on the line for the professional archers’ class to win. The tournament is open to people of all ages. Pros and the amateurs compete side by side.

With a score of 603, he finished 10th. There were 84 archers in the Men’s Olympic Recurve division. Only the top 32 archers qualify for the eliminations.
D’Amour made the cut to qualify for the elimination rounds on Saturday. In his first match against Jacob Robinson, D’Amour had a convincing win, 122-109. In the second round of eliminations, he faced Massimilano Mandia of Italy. D’Amour. lost 128-119.
After his strong performance in Nimes, France, and his 12th-place finish at Lancaster, D’Amour will continue to enhance his position globally.

The next world-ranking indoor tournament is the 55th Vegas Shootout, which is known as the largest and most prestigious indoor archery tournament in the world. The event brings together nearly 4,500 archers from around the globe, ranging from beginner archers to Olympic champions. Senior, youth, compound or recurve, the Vegas Shoot welcomes all demographics and shooting styles.
The three-day competition features the traditional 3-spot 20-yard Vegas Round that made this tournament famous. D’Amour finished 2nd in 2022 and 2023; he finished in 3rd place overall in the World Archery Indoor World Series.
