Alfredo Gaskin has died.
He is survived by his wife, Etla Gaskin; children: Coreen Foster, Maurice Gaskin, Elston and Kristine Gaskin, Suline Gaskin, Serita Gaskin, Stacia Gaskin and Nisha Gaskin, Rodney McBride (stepson) and Da’Nequa Francis (adopted daughter); 15 granddaughters; 12 grandsons; 18 great-granddaughters; 16 great-grandsons; many nieces and nephews in-law too numerous to mention; and special friends: Leon “Sleepy” George and Eldred “Edgie” Christian.
The funeral service for Alfredo Gaskin will be held at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 1, at Sts. Peter and Paul Cathedral Church. interment will follow at Eastern Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care of Turnbull’s Funeral Home and Crematory Services.
