The second annual Trunk or Treat Halloween event, which was held on Nov. 4 at The Mall of St. Croix on St. Croix and The West Indian Company Limited on St. Thomas, was a success, the V.I. Police Department announced on Tuesday.
This year’s Trunk or Treat was filled with amazing Halloween-themed trunks, costumes, and great entertainment for families, according to the press release.
“This event put hundreds of smiles on the faces of the children and families of this territory,
and it would not have been possible without our sponsors and participants. It was well
received and created a positive impact that VIPD strives to continue in bridging the gap
between Law Enforcement and the community in which we serve.”, said Commissioner Ray
Martinez.
