Due to the continued changes in the forecast of Hurricane Lee moving away from the U.S. Virgin Islands, there will be no sandbag or sand distribution on Thursday or Friday at the Public Works Department or the V.I. fire stations on St Thomas, St John, and St Croix, Government House announced Thursday morning.
