A St. John woman was found unresponsive in her residence Tuesday, the V.I. Police Department reported.
A concerned citizen contacted 911 and reported that a tenant at an Estate Enighed address appeared to be unresponsive, according to the police report.
VIPD was dispatched to the area of Estate Enighed and upon their arrival, contact was made with an unresponsive woman in her residence, the police report stated.
Emergency Medical Technicians also arrived at the scene and checked the woman for vital signs and concluded that the woman did not have any signs of life, the report stated.
The female’s identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. The cause of death is currently unknown, pending an autopsy, police said.
