Missing Minor: Queen Theodore

A 14-year-old female has been reported missing on St. Croix, the V.I. Police Department reported Monday.

Queen Theodore was last seen at her residence of Lagoon Apartment Complex
Building 2, Apartment 28, on April 1. Time is unknown. She is known to frequent Marley Homes, Frederiksted Town, and Lagoon Apartments, according to the police report.

Theodore is a Black female with a dark brown complexion. She is 5’6 in height, 130 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. She has a birthmark on the left side of her neck. It is unknown what type of clothes she was last seen in. Theodore attends the Alternative school, the police report stated.
