Crime Stoppers Needs the Community’s Help Locating Suspects

Jan. 2, 5:08 a.m.

Officers were dispatched to Schneider Regional Medical Center in reference to a shooting victim. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim, who stated that while walking towards the Crown Mountain area, he observed a black Toyota SUV, possibly a RAV-4 with heavily tinted windows approaching him, according to the police report.

The victim stated that without any warning, the passenger of the vehicle got out and began shooting at him with a handgun. The victim then stated that he was struck in the right knee and collapsed to the ground. The victim stated that the passenger got out of the rear passenger seat and was wearing a black baseball cap, black shirt tied across the face, long black polo-sleeved shirt and black cargo pants, the police report stated.

The suspect approached the victim and stated, “Give me Everything!”. The suspect removed several rings, a necklace, iPhone, diamond earrings, cash, and a bracelet. The suspect then got back into the vehicle and left the area. The victim collapsed to the ground and was later transported to the hospital by a family member for treatment, the report stated.

Jan. 23, 10:28 a.m.

Officers and detectives were dispatched to the area of Bordeaux regarding a robbery that took place. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victims, who stated that while in their home, they heard a knock on the door. One of the victims
stated that when she asked who it was the person said they had a package to deliver to her, according to the police report.

The victim stated that once she opened the door the suspect barged into the home and placed a “gun” to her face. The victim stated that she was ordered to take the suspect to her room, where they ransacked her bag, removing the money that she had in the same bag before leaving their home, the police report stated.

None of the victims sustained injuries or had any additional information they could share. Please note that the suspect/suspects are still at large, the report stated.
