Virgin Islands Track and Field and Cross-Country Team member Rachel Conhoff, a senior at Ursinus College, competed at the NCAA Metro Cross Country Regionals at Desales University on Nov. 12.

Conhoff recorded a time of 22:54.6 in the 6K to place second overall in the 151-runner field which was just 4 seconds off the winning time of 22:50.6 by the regional individual champion, Gabriella Nve of Widener.
