The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority advises the public that the Bovoni Landfill on St. Thomas currently is only accepting trash from government haulers. This adjustment is being made due to the wet conditions at the landfill, which is open from 6 a.m. to noon on Sunday, Sept. 18.
The Mandahl Convenience Center on St. Thomas will be closed beginning Sunday, Sept. 18, because of electrical issues until further notice.
