Woman Found Unresponsive in West Caret Bay

 

On Monday at 1:41 p.m., a woman was found unresponsive in her apartment in West Caret Bay on St. Thomas, according to a V.I. Police Department report. She was found by her friend, who had contacted 911 when he found her, it said.

When Emergency Medical Technicians arrived, they checked the woman and discovered she had no vital signs, the report stated. She was identified as 37-year-old Megan Frazier from Indiana. The cause of death is unknown, pending an autopsy, according to the VIPD. There were no apparent signs of foul play, it said.
