Crime Stoppers Offering Reward in Murders of Jensen Estpan, Randy Tang Yuk and Juan Feliciano

Jensen Eastman and Randy Tang Yuk were killed August 25, 2017 on St. Croix and Juan Feliciano was killed in Bovoni, St. Thomas, April 2, 2022.

On Friday, August 25, 2017, at around 1030 P.M. the 911 Emergency Call Center was notified of gunshots being discharged in Old Fredensborg area, St. Croix. Upon arrival to the scene, police found two victims with gunshot wounds, one who was injured but alive, and another, 24-year-old Jensen Estpan, was found lifeless. The man who survived is said to be 41 years old, according to police.

Then, at about 11:41 P.M. police received another report from the 911 Emergency Call Center of a barrage of gunfire being discharged in the Mutual Homes Housing Community in Grove Place, St. Croix. Upon officers’ arrival, the lifeless body of 29-year-old Randy Tang Yuk, was found on the ground. According to police, two guns were recovered on the scene in Mutual Homes. However, there were multiple shell casings, some from handguns and others from what was described as a “high-power weapon”.

On Saturday April 02, 2022, at 9:53 am a citizen called 911 and reported that a man had been shot in the area of a Scrap Metal shop, located in Bovoni on St. Thomas. Police found a lifeless man with multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency Medical Technicians, who were on scene, concluded that the male did not have any vital signs. Next of kin identified the male as 57-year-old JUAN FELICIANO. This case is currently under investigation.
