AARP in the Virgin Islands will host free, virtual “Caring for the Caregiver Workshops” from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., May 6, 13, 20, and 27 on Zoom.
The workshops are open to anyone 18 years of age or older who cares for someone. They will provide resources and information for caregivers to learn how to take care of themselves while caring for their loved ones. The workshops are stand-alone interactive sessions led by a caregiving expert. Participants will network with other caregivers.
Those interested in participating must have an email address to register.
