A man was robbed Tuesday night at the Galloway’s near the Sunny Isle stoplights on St. Croix, the V.I. Police Department reported.
According to police, at about 10:28 p.m. Aug. 11, the 911 emergency call center dispatched officers to Galloway’s in reference to a robbery.
The victim told police he was seated outside the establishment when two armed males pointed guns at him and demanded money. The victim told the suspects he did not have money, so they took the victim’s jewelry and mobile phone. The suspects fled on foot, heading west.
The suspects were described as Black males, about 5 feet 10 inches in height, slim built, with their age in their 20s. They wore all black clothing with black face masks.
