The V.I. Police Department arrested 33-year-old Kimberly Gereau of Estate St. Georges on St. Croix at 9:52 a.m. Saturday and charged her with second-degree assault/domestic violence.
Police said an investigation showed Gereau was the aggressor in an altercation with her ex-partner, in which she assaulted him with her vehicle and sprayed him with Mace.
Gereau was allowed to post $5,000 bond and was released to a third-party custodian pending her advice of rights hearing.
