The V.I. Police Department on Thursday asked the community for help in locating 27-year-old Joseph Nathaniel Allen III.
Allen is wanted in connection with an first degree assault that occurred June 2 in Cruz Bay, St. John, police said.
Allen was described as a black male, 6 feet, three inches tall, weighting about 150 pounds.
Police urged anyone who knows Allen’s whereabouts to call 911, the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 340-774-2211 extension 5610, or the anonymous tip service, Crime Stoppers USVI, at 1-800-222-8477 (1-800-222-TIPS).
