Home Invasion Reported in La Grande Princesse

Two men, at least one of whom was armed, robbed a man who was sitting outside his La Grande Princesse home Monday evening, the V.I. Police Department reported.

According to police, at 7:58 p.m.Monday the 911 call center dispatched officers to a residential burglary in progress in La Grande Princesse. At the scene, the officers made contact with the victim who told them he had been seated outside his home when two masked men approached him. One suspect pointed a firearm at him and demanded to go into his home.

The armed suspects demanded money and the victim gave the suspects cash, according to the report. The suspects fled the area in a vehicle, the victim said.

The suspects are described as:
Suspect 1 – 6 feet tall, wearing a red long-sleeved hoodie, black pants and shoes.
Suspect 2 – 5 feet 5 inches in height, wearing all black.
