VIWMA Suspends Disposal of Metals at Bovoni Landfill

The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (VIWMA or Authority) Preserving Paradise team on St. Thomas, advises the public that the disposal of metals at the Bovoni Landfill is suspended until further notice.

Residents are asked to hold on to their metals until the Authority revokes the suspension. Please do not illegally dump metals or any other disposable items.

Concerned residents can report illegal dumping by calling the Authority’s hot line at 844-WMA-USVI (844-962-8784). For more information, contact the V.I.
