The V.I. Police Department on Saturday announced the arrest of Donna Emmanuel, who was wanted in connection with an assault case.
Police announced Wednesday they were seeking the 30-year-old Emmanuel, a St. Croix native.
She is suspected by police of being the woman who maced an individual in the face, and is being charged with second-degree assault. Police did not provide details of the alleged assault, including the date.
