Cason Control Commission to Meet Tuesday

The V.I. Casino Control Commission has scheduled a meeting for 10 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 24. Representatives from DIVI Carina Bay Resort and Casino will provide a status update on hurricane recovery efforts, the transfer of Grapetree Shores Inc. Common Stock and on a request for an extension license.

The Caravelle Hotel Casino will present a petition for an Operation Certificate and Permanent Class IV Casino License; provide a status update on renovations and repairs of acquired hotel properties; and provide a status update on its progress implementing the Racinos Provisions.

The Casino Control Commission will also consider ratification of casino employee licenses, casino key employee licenses, casino servicing entity licenses, hotel employee registrations and employee work permits.
