Kelly Alphonso Burner, better known as “Keeleh” or “Coach,” who died on April 1 at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital. He was 57 years old.
The first viewing will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday, April 14, at Turnbull’s Funeral Homes and Crematory Services.
The second viewing will be held from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., Monday, April 15, at the Memorial Moravian Church with the service immediately following. His body will be cremated.
He is survived by his wife, Erma Wilkinson Burner; mother, Joyce Burner; children: Kheeleh Burner, Rhasheel Charles and Rhashaunda Charles-Jones; grandchildren: Amijah and Ahjahni Charles; sister, Dawn Burner; aunts: Joan Phillips and Radiant Burner; mother-in-law, Gladys Wilkinson; son-in-law, Vernon Jones Jr.; daughter-in-law, Denisha Hodge; sisters-in-law: Lorna Thomas-Maccabaeus, Iona Wilkinson, Denise Wilkinson, Arlene Wilkinson, Vincia Wilkinson, Daphne Thomas and Cherise Thomas; brothers-in-law: Clayton Thomas, Vincent Thomas, Frank Wilkinson Jr. and Judah Maccabaeus.
He is also survived by many other relatives and friends, including the Burner, Hill, Dawson, Beck, Christian, George, Lambertis, Smith, Fredericks and David families.
