Update: Police Arrest Assault Suspect Figueroa

The V.I. Police Department announced Saturday that officers had arrested 23-year-old Jeffery Berroa Figueroa, who was wanted in a case of third-degree assault that occurred Jan. 10 in the Kirwan Terrace Housing Community.

In a news release issued Friday, the police described Figueroa as a Hispanic male weighing 170 pounds and standing 5 feetm 9 inches tall. He has a short black haircut and light facial hair with brown complexion.

Police did not provide any information on the incident.
The VIPD urged anyone who comes in contact with Figueroa to call 911, the Criminal Investigations Bureau at 340774-2211, or Crime Stoppers USVI at 1-800-222-8477 (1-800-222-TIPS.)
