The 47th annual Agricultural Fair concludes Monday, Memorial Day, at the fairgrounds at Estate Lower Love, St. Croix, giving Virgin Islanders one more afternoon to celebrate the theme “V.I. Agriculture Strong. Rebound, Rebuild, Regrow.”

Agrifest, which is typically held in February each year, was cancelled and rescheduled for Memorial Day weekend to give farmers a chance to get back on their feet and to allow time for restoring the St. Croix fairgrounds.

The entertainment scheduled for Monday is:

In the big tent from noon to 3 p.m. – Mind Body and Soul Band; from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. – Black Star Reggae Band featuring Cherise King and Blackness.

On the East Stage, Noon to 3 p.m. – Tony Romano Band; from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. – Fusion Band.

A little rain on Sunday did not keep away the crowds, nor dim their enthusiasm.
