VITEMA to Launch New Website Friday, May 11

Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency

The Virgin Islands Territorial Emergency Management Agency (VITEMA) will launch its new website on Friday, May 11. It has been designed to offer the ultimate user-friendly experience with improved navigation and functionality.

The new website will provide its users quick and easy access to essential emergency preparedness and response information. Its clean and uncluttered design also has features that offer a more comprehensive understanding of the agency’s services along with extensive information to help customers understand VITEMA’s mission and purpose.

“We are truly excited about our new website launch and the robust information it provides for customers, partners and media to better prepare for and respond to disasters. We believe that our site will allow visitors to have a very informative experience as we continue to grow, administer and coordinate All-Hazards response and recovery operations in the territory,” said VITEMA Director Mona L. Barnes.

The community will have access to the new VITEMA website at www.vitema.vi.gov at 3 p.m. on May 11.
