William Issac Jennings Dies in New York

William Issac Jennings William Issac Jennings, better known as "Bill," a native of Long Look, Tortola, BVI, and a resident of St. Thomas, USVI, died at Montifiore Medical Center in New York on Tuesday, Dec. 13. He was 84 years old.

A viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m., Saturday, Jan. 7, at Wesley Methodist Church.

He is survived by his sons: Rufus, Francisco and Dion Jennings Sr.; daughters: Heidy Woodley and Sandra Pickering; grandchildren: Shantel Jennings, Jahmal Woodley Sr., Devon Roachford, Jaleesa Woodley, Brittnee Jennings, Jahnari Gordon, Dionne Jennings, Dion Jennings Jr. and Dion Malik Jennings; great-grandchildren: Jahmal Woodley Jr.; brothers: Zedikiah and Thomas Jennings; and sisters: Petrinella Hodge and Hesopheta Percival.

He is also survived by Elanie Sheldon, Denise Jennings, Latoya Malone, Patsy Percil and Jacqullyn Chambers; Elroy and Luther Fleming and Zedikiah Jennings Jr.; sisters-in-law: Janet Jennings, Clolita Jennings, Francia Jennings and Esslita Fleming; daughters-in-law: Alexa Jennings and Mary-Clair Jennings; friends: Dennis Stoutt, Carl Lettsome and the VI Taxi Association; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
