Two men have been arrested and charged in a burglary that took place Sept. 1 at the Beauty Outlet.
Police investigating the crime scene were able to view video surveillance that showed two individuals were involved in the burglary. One suspect broke in the main glass door, entered the business and removed money out of the cash register, while the other suspect acted as a lookout.
On Wednesday, 30-year-old Guy Vicars was arrested and charged with aiding and abetting Timothy Honeycutt Jr., who according to police was observed on video surveillance as the individual who broke into the Beauty Outlet.
Bail for Vicars and Honeycutt was set at $25,000 by the magistrate of the court.
