Governor Appoints Acting BIT Director

Gov. Kenneth Mapp has appointed Jesus Caban as the acting director of the Bureau of Information Technology (BIT), effective immediately.
Caban is currently serving with BIT in the capacity of network systems manager. He has been with the bureau in various positions for a total of eight years. Caban is a graduate of the University of the Virgin Islands and holds a B.A. in Business Management with a concentration in information systems.
