Bradley Highbarger, 42, a resident of Frenchman’s Bay Estate, was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with failing to register as a sex offender, the V.I. Police Department reported.
According to police, officers arrested Highbarger at 1:37 p.m. on a warrant issued by the V.I. Superior Court.
Highbarger’s arrest occurred due to his failure to register as a sex offender, and failure to report information on a March 30 sexual assault, according to police.
Bail was set at $20,000.
