Raymond Fontaine of Miami, Florida, died on Feb. 10, at Jackson Memorial Hospital. He was 68 years old.
He is survived by his children: Alma Fontaine-Rackley, Joan, Mayiah, Kevin, Kaysheen and Kevon Fontaine; grandchildren: Nyjah and Kaylin Rackley, Ma’ Keyana, Anthony, Akeiva, Aniah, Prema, Prana, Keymora and Josiah Fontaine; sisters: Cynthia Letang, Antonia Fontaine, Cheryll Fontaine and Andrina Dominique; brothers: Charles, Gille, Agustas and Anthony Fontaine; aunts: Shela Williams and Jean Ellick; and nieces: Esther, Florence, Ishmeline, Ticia, Vera, Janice, Dorette, Maisy, Nebby and Jasmine.
He is also survived by nephews: Frederick, Clinton, Johnny, Steve, Ronald, Daniel, Ian, Marcus, Ishmel, Phillip, Martin, Adrean, Damien, Enock, Steven and Nicholas; nephew-in-law, Stewart Clercent; sister-in-law, Christina Fontaine; great nieces: Kaleen, Nijah, Kishma, Florissa, Selena, Kayla, Lowan, Britnin and Makjana; great nephews: Shane, Shakile, Mene, Kyle, Akan, Akwane, Gian, Shakan and Lakwane; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 24, at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
