Bill No. 29-0099 – An Act amending Title 3, V.I.C., chapters 27 and 28a as it relates to the retirement of personnel
Bill No. 29 –0111 – An Act requiring all students participating in interscholastic sports to have an annual physical examination, including an electrocardiogram exam, at the beginning of the sport season prior to that individual participating in any interscholastic sports, and for other purposes
Bill No. 29-0160 – An Act amending Title 17, V.I.C., to enact the Agriculture in the Classroom Act
Bill No. 29-0162 – An Act amending Title 17, V.I.C., chapter 33, establishing the University of the Virgin Islands Congressional Internship Scholarship Program
Bill No. 29-0114 – An Act amending Title 27, V.I.C., chapter 7, relating to various provisions of the Trades and Crafts Code
Bill No. 29-0200 – An Act providing for the transfer of government-owned real property located next to or near Magens Bay to the Magens Bay Authority for preservation, upkeep and use
Bill No. 29-0167 – An Act to amend Title 2, chapter 2, of the V.I.C. to establish a Revenue Estimating Conference
Bill No. 29-0151 – An Act amending Act No. 7174 to reduce government gas consumption, reduce vehicle maintenance costs and require energy conservation
Bill No. 29-0166 – An Act amending Title 29 V.I.C., chapter 3, section 226, relating to the usage of usable space left under a construction dwelling

The committee will conduct a meeting to receive testimony on the following bills:
Bill No. 29-0065 – An Act authorizing the Government of the Virgin Islands to acquire real property for public use located at Remainder Matr. 1 and 216 Estate Cane Prince Quarter, Frederiksted, St. Croix, USVI, in accordance with Title 31, V.I.C., chapter 23, section 231a, with the purchase price to be paid by the Public Finance Authority
Bill No. 29-0066 – An Act to provide incentives for the payment of property taxes and to provide for a waiver of all interests and penalties for a period where a lump sume payment was made or for the period of April 1, 2011 through Dec. 31, 2011, whichever occurs later, and for other purposes
Bill No. 29-0067 – An Act to generate revenue to assist the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority and the V.I. Water and Power Authority, and for other purposes
Bill No. 29-0149 – An Act to amend Title 27, chapter 11, section 352a of the V.I.C., to establish additional, temporary volume control restrictions
Bill No. 29-0130 – An Act reserving 30 percent of the lots or housing units at Parcel no. 2-Remainder Estate Donoe, St. Thomas, USVI exclusively for veterans
Bill No. 29-0219 – An Act to amend Title 33, subtitle 3, chapter 111, section 3067, of the V.I.C., to increase the minimum and maximum percentage of revenue generated from the sale of medallions to veterans to be appropriated to the Office of Veteran Affairs by the V.I. Taxi Commission, and to require the Taxi Commission to transfer the revenue before anyother distribution of revenues not mandated by Title 33, subtitle 3, chapter 111, section 3067, of the V.I.C.
