Innovative Cable TV St. Croix Advises of Service Disruption

Innovative Cable TV St. Croix is experiencing technical difficulties due to equipment failure at the St. Croix headend. As a result of this disruption, several channels are currently off the air.
The following channels are currently affected: Channel 113 – Soapnet, Channel 114 –MTV2, Channel 115 — MTV Hits, Channel 116 –VH1 Classic, Channel 118 –Nicktoons, Channel 119 – TeenNick, Channel 120 – Nick Jr. , Channel 206 – HBO Comedy, Channel 207 – HBO Zone, Channel 224 – Thriller Max, Channel 225 –WMax, Channel 226 –@Max, Channel 227 – Outer Max and Channel 228 – 5 Star Max.
Innovative technicians are currently working to rectify the problem. Once the matter is resolved, credit will be calculated based on the level of service and reflected on the customer’s next bill.
For Cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. Customers using wireless phones can reach the repair center at 778-1742. Please have available the telephone number, account number, address, description of problem and brief directions. For assistance, Innovative PowerNet customers should call 714-3700. Innovative customers may also report a service problem online by logging on to www.innovativevi.net, clicking on the “”Contact Us” button at the top right of the home page and selecting “Repair Center” as the subject in the “Submit An Inquiry” section. Customers may also e-mail their report directly to the following address: svcupdt1@innovativevi.net.
