Austin King Gibbs died on Sept. 13, at Schneider Regional Medical Center. He was 75 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Ramona Guevara Gibbs; sister, Gertalyn Gibbs and family of Bronx, N.Y.; stepmother, Elfreda Gibbs and family of St. Croix; aunt, Rita Gibbs Andrews of St. Croix; special friends: Warren Hendrickson, Ira Williams and Ian Williams; cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Oct. 4, at the Davis Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery.
