Crime Stoppers Needs Your Help

Crime Stoppers needs your help to solve the following crimes. If you know something, say something, as law enforcement cannot control crime without your help. Even the slightest bit of information may be just what law enforcement needs to solve these crimes.

St. Croix: Detectives are asking for your help with the investigation into the death of Jose De La Cruz, a 28-year-old man who was shot and killed on Sunday May 1 at about 1:35 a.m. near the Frederiksted Vegetable Market on Queen Street. Please continue to speak up by telling us what you know about this or any other unsolved homicide.

St. John: On April 18 at about 10:40 p.m., the owner of the residence at 6N Enighed discovered that a burglar had entered her home via the locked front door and had stolen over $5,000 worth of women’s gold jewelry. A list of the stolen necklaces, rings, and earrings can be found on our website. Help put a stop to these types of burglaries by reporting anyone who offers to sell you jewelry that may have been stolen.

St. Thomas: On Sunday May 8 at 5:41 p.m., the owner of a home in the Anna’s Retreat area locked and secured their residence. Upon returning the next day at 6:45 a.m., they realized that the house had been burglarized. The burglar(s) gained entry through the northern bedroom window and exited via the front door. While inside, they took three laptops, eight thumb drives, and two hard drives.
