Gregory Leanzo Moolenaar Dies at 34

Gregory Leanzo Moolenaar
Gregory Leanzo Moolenaar, also known as "DeDo," of Gallows Bay died on Nov. 4. He was 34 years old.
He is survived by his daughter, Zierra Keshara Moolenaar; mother, Ahleen Hodge-Moolenaar-Rawlins; father: Roland Moolenaar Sr.; stepmother, Claudette Taylor; stepfather, Samuel Rawlins; significant other, Lydia Hull; sisters: Sameka Rawlins, Natricia Moolenaar andTricia Moolenaar-Caway; sister-in-law, Lydia Logie-Moolenaar Esq.; and brothers: Roland Jr., Russel, Jonathan, Jabari and Joshua Moolenaar. He is also survived by nieces: Yasmine and Julissa Moolenaar; nephew, Marcus Moolenaar; stepchildren: Khaleem Payne, Jahmarie, Jahmyrah and Jaheem Davis; godchildren: Jahson Malachi Mena and Jah’Dia Rampersad; aunts: Jennifer, Trese Hodge, Grace M. Mercer, Brenda Henderson, Ingrid Hendricks, Roslyn Edwards, Marla, Roxanne and Madga Moolenaar, Lorraine Wenner, Angelita Gautier, Sandra Champion, Evelyn and Florence Moolenaar, Marilyn Moolenaar-Petersen, Karen Moolenaar-Andrews, Joyce Moolenaar-McCleverty, Kim Prudume-Millinaar, Sherry Johnson-Millinaar, Pamela Millinaar-Williams, Malfa Florence, Lynn Burke, Pasty Knight and Primrose Francis; uncles: Ralph, Kenneth, Hugo and O’Neal Moolenaar, Warren, Dean, Iran, Robert, Walter and Leslie Hodge, and David Charles; grandmother, Paulette Hodge; step uncle, George Rawlins; great aunts: Myrtle Richards and Elizabeth Lynch; and great uncles: Roy Hodge, Uklin, Earnest and Joseph Lynch; Fritz Tutein, Galdo and Loneford Williams.

The family requests that festive colors be worn by guests.
The viewing will be held at 10 a.m. and the funeral service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 20, at the Lord God of Sabaoth Lutheran Church, Christiansted. Interment will follow at Christiansted Cemetery.
