Minor Held as Adult in McIntosh Murder

Shilohe Urgent, a 17-year-old, was charged as an adult with the murder of Stanislaus McIntosh Wednesday.
The 43-year-old McIntosh, a resident of Estate Whim, died after being shot multiple times June 13 near the Estate Campo Rico daycare center. Campo Rico is adjacent to Whim.
The minor was arrested by Major Crime detectives on July 14, held on a $500,000 bail and remanded to the Youth Rehabilitation Center.
Wednesday, Judge Patricia Steel found probable cause to bind the minor over as an adult. Now being treated as a legal adult, Urgent was re-arrested Wednesday at about 7:20 a.m., according to police. He was charged with first degree murder and possession of an unlicensed firearm and bail was set at $25,000 by Magistrate Judge Miguel Camacho.
Detectives said Urgent will be transferred to the Golden Grove Adult Correctional Facility pending further court action.
