Dahlia Adams, principal of the Virgin Islands Career & Technical Institute at the Raphael Wheatley Skill Center advises interested persons of its registration period for the GED and Vocational program schedule for the fall semester. The schedule is as follows:
GED
August 19th: Registration begins
August 21st: Testing
September 3rd/4th: Orientation, scheduling, book distribution
September 8th: Classes begin
VOC ED:
August 19th: Registration begins
September 3rd/4th: Orientation, scheduling, book distribution
September 8th: Classes begin
September 18th: Registration ends for Phlebotomy, EKG, Personal Care Services
September 23rd: Registration ends for all other vocational courses
Price List Per Semester (price includes textbook and some resources)
Phlebotomy $300 (H.S. Diploma/GED required)

All payments must be made to the Government of the Virgin Islands by bank draft or money order only.
Interested persons may sign up at the Department s of Labor or Human Services for assistance, or register at the Institute beginning Aug. 19, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., daily.
