Caribbean Dance Company will hold a Crucian Breakfast Sale beginning at 7:30 a.m., Saturday, March 14, before the St. Patrick's Day Parade. It will take place at the Lutheran Parish Hall on King Street, Christiansted. Prepared plates are $10 each.
The menu will include: banana fritters, banana bread/ sweet bread, cornmeal pop, porridge, cream of wheat, chop chop (egg plant, spinach, okra medley), hard boiled eggs, herring, johnny cakes, oatmeal, stewed saltfish, saltfish gundy, tofu (scrambled) and veggie (lentil) balls.
