Caribbean Dance Company to Sell Crucian Breakfasts

March 10, 2009 – The parents of the Caribbean Dance Company will hold a Crucian Breakfast Sale beginning at 7:30 a.m., Saturday, March 14, before the St. Patrick's Day Parade. It will take place at the Lutheran Parish Hall on King Street, Christiansted. Prepared plates are $10 each.
The menu will include: banana fritters, banana bread/ sweet bread, cornmeal pop, porridge, cream of wheat, chop chop (egg plant, spinach, okra medley), hard boiled eggs, herring, johnny cakes, oatmeal, stewed saltfish, saltfish gundy, tofu (scrambled) and veggie (lentil) balls.
The school asks that those who are unable to attend the breakfast fundraiser but would like to make a donation to the Caribbean Dance School to please send a reply e-mail to caribbeandanceschool@gmail.com or kimvphillip@yahoo.com, call 778-8824 or visit the Christiansted Studio at 5 Church Street.
