The St. Thomas-St. John District Governing Board of the V.I. Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation will meet at 5 p.m., on Wednesday, Feb. 18. The meeting will take place in the boardroom of Schneider Regional Medical Center. It is open to the public.
