Territorial Voting Rights

Dear Source:
I believe the best route to securing the rights of U.S. citizens wherever they are located is through a Constitutional Amendment to eliminate the Electoral College, which ties electors to states. The Electoral College is, in my view, an anachronism. The concept of one person-one vote should prevail so that the president and vice president are elected through a vote of a majority of the U.S. citizens who vote. I can think of no better time to reintroduce such an amendment as now.
