Scotiabank Opens Newest Branch in Red Hook

Oct. 3, 2008 – Lieutenant Governor Gregory R. Francis officially cut the ribbon along with Scotiabank's Senior Vice President Pat Minicucci and Lawrence Aqui, vice president of Scotiabank USVI and BVI, in the New East End Plaza.
