Shame on the Convention Delegates

Dear Source:
Shame on the delegates. It seems there is no consistency when it comes to the commitment of the delegates. Everyone just wants to be able to say they were delegates because it looks good on their resume. But it doesn't seem as if there is any genuine interest in the entire process. These people definitely don't seem to be doing this because they are patriotic. Every time I hear anything about this convention it seems like there is nothing but fighting and backbiting. If this is such a big deal and so much trouble, then why are these people involved? I'm sure there are plenty of folks who would be honored to have such an important part to play in the future of their country.
