Dear Source:
When this kind of thing happens in the states, it can be blamed on the inequality of possibilities for getting a good ecucation, earning a desent living, and respect for self and others.
when it happens on a small island where equalit for personal improvement in education, and earning a decent living exists, it is a scandal for the entire population of St.Thomas.
I realize the island has grown greatly in population, and progress from when I was a police sgt. there, but it is a shame that with progress has to come more crime, less self respect and respect for others. that such crimes occure.
