Nov. 7, 2007 – Parents and guardians of students attending the Emanuel Benjamin Oliver Elementary School are advised of an early dismissal at 12:30 p.m., on Wednesday, Nov. 14, according to a press release from Principal Lydia Simmonds-Lettsome. The early dismissal will serve to facilitate the monthly faculty and staff meeting and professional development activities targeted toward lesson planning for social studies.
Parents are advised that lunch will be provided to students prior to their dismissals as well as bus transportation provided for those students who utilize the service. Parents who routinely pick up their children are asked to make a concerted effort to be on time.
