Public Services Commission Will Meet
The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission will meet at 9 a.m., on Tuesday, Oct. 16, in the offices of the PSC, Barbel Plaza, St. Thomas.
The agenda will include: discussion with counsel, including the Attorney General's Office regarding pending and threatened litigation; the election of a chair and vice-chair; an update report on WAPA matters; VIWMA report on rate investigation for environmental user fees; ferry boat issues; and other topics.
