Public Services Commission Will Meet on October 16

Oct. 7, 2007 – The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission will meet at 9 a.m., on Tuesday, Oct. 16, in the offices of the PSC, Barbel Plaza, St. Thomas
The agenda will include: discussion with counsel (including the Attorney General's Office) regarding pending and threatened litigation; the election of a chair and vice-chair; an update report on WAPA matters; VIWMA report on rate investigation for environmental user fees; ferry boat issues; and other topics.
