Dear Source:
I can't believe the government spent $10 million dollars to build a new facility on the dock at Red Hook and forgot to include Customs and Immigration. That would have been the primary mission of anyone who has returned from the BVI who has been forced to endure the routine of waiting up to an hour in the creek in Cruz Bay for a place at the dock for the ferry, disembarking with all your luggage, waiting in line in the hot sun, clearing Customs and Immigration and loading everything back on the ferry before continuing on to Red Hook.
Shame, shame it's more of the same. A big celebration and free flowing accolades about how wonderful everyone involved is, but the project is a dismal failure.
