UVICELL Will Give Two-Day Workshop on Computerized Design

July 18, 2007 – The University of the Virgin Islands' Community Engagement and Lifelong Learning (UVICELL) Center will be offering a two-day workshop that will teach individuals to use the latest computerized techniques for design and drawing using Adobe Illustrator CS3. The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., on two Saturdays, Aug. 11 and 25. Both sessions will be held at the UVICELL Center on the St. Thomas Campus.
Illustrator CS3 is the industry standard that will bring students up to the most current technological standard for graphic design. They will learn basic principles of good design and how to apply them to all aspects of business. Interested individuals are urged to register by Friday, Aug. 3.
